At ADJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ADJ account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack the electronic devices in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
